Our company was started back in 1981 developing and installing business solutions
for the retail industry. Mos of our clients were in the hardware retail industry and
related, which allowed us to develop strong inventory and POS modules.

Our system was the first to allow salesmen to work from different computer terminals
and assist a single customer as they shopped the various departments. Integration
with several stores, warehouses and stock rooms was essential.

We also developed SMTPOP, a DOS-based Mail Transport Agent that became very
popular, as well as the first Linux-based ERP software in Spanish. Designed to handle
millions of transactions, hundreds of users, muliple currencies, etc., this ERP is
available upon request.

The President of our company, Mr. Alfredo Cole-Tuchler, holds a BS degree in
Industrial Engineering and Computer Science, and a degree in Accounting and
Auditing.
